Gemini Curriculum Consultant (Contract) - Remote

Overview

Correlation One is seeking an experienced Gemini subject matter expert (SME) to support curriculum development for executive and employee training programs. You'll help us craft instructional materials that demonstrate how to drive business value using Gemini across real-world workflows—particularly for knowledge workers in information technology, insurance, finance, and operations.

In Short

• Design scenario-based training content for practical GenAI workflows using Gemini.
• Create prompts, task flows, and mini-capstone projects aligned to specific functions.
• Provide technical guidance on Gemini’s limitations and workarounds.
• Refine hands-on training experiences for clients, including live demos.
• Ensure curriculum accurately reflects Gemini behavior across various apps.
• Recommend tools and workflows to support Gemini functionality in training.
• Develop comparative guidance on using Gemini versus alternative AI assistants.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Gemini.
• Experience across multiple Gemini-enabled apps.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and output validation techniques.
• Familiarity with Gemini’s technical implementation and limitations.
• Experience designing or advising on enterprise-level GenAI training programs.
• Ability to articulate tradeoffs and workarounds for non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of at least one other major AI assistant.
