Overview

The Client Project Manager (CPM) is a critical role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful closure, collaborating with various teams to meet client timelines and satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage entire projects in Drug Product development.
• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Track project performance using PM tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during projects.
• Address client queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead the amendment process for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project amendments.
• Maintain accurate project management documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific area.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
