Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Phlebotomy training preferred.
  • Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or medical field preferred.
  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients.
  • Ability to follow safety and quality protocols.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
