In Short

  • Join CoreWeave as a Staff Product Designer focusing on developer-facing interfaces.
  • Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for CoreWeave's web application.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct user testing sessions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with product goals.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the company.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX design trends and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience designing for developer tools or platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bonus: React).
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
