EZClass is an education-focused startup on a mission to make high-quality Language learning accessible and affordable across Latin America. We provide live online classes with certified teachers, combining smart tech with a human touch to create meaningful learning experiences. After nearly three years of development and investment, our platform is now live — and we’re entering an exciting new phase. We’re looking for a committed and values-aligned Director / Board Member to help guide our journey as we scale with purpose.

In Short

• Part-time position with limited operational hours per month.
• Attend board meetings (virtual, and on-site ~once per quarter).
• Advise on legal, financial, and strategic matters.
• Support compliance with Estonian corporate regulations.
• Provide governance oversight and high-level direction.
• Help shape the company’s ethical and strategic framework.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a board member, director, or advisor.
• Familiarity with Estonian business laws (or willingness to learn).
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and judgment.
• Based in Estonia.
• Fluent in English; Able to speak Estonian.
