Lead the technical direction of the EZClass project.
Oversee daily progress and ensure milestones are met.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team.
Maintain and optimize core services built with NestJS, ExpressJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Next.js.
Ensure proper API design, scalability, and security.
Own infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean with Docker orchestration.
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and best practices.
Guarantee platform compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer.
Hands-on expertise with NestJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid DevOps background, preferably with DigitalOcean.
Strong knowledge of scalability, performance tuning, and production support.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with GDPR compliance and secure systems design.
