Overview

This role involves managing and organizing events focused on artificial intelligence and digitalization, aimed at connecting experts, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.

In Short

• Conceptualize inspiring workshops, networking events, webinars, and conferences.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on events.
• Collaborate with leading AI experts, scientists, consultants, and entrepreneurs.

• Create accompanying materials and event communication (e.g., landing pages, invitations, social media posts).

Requirements

• Experience in event management and project organization, ideally in consulting, agency, association, or startup.
• Completed training or a degree in event management, communication, or sales (preferred).
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Interest in AI, SMEs, and digital transformation.
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a team and engaging with diverse target groups.
• Proficient with digital tools & platforms (e.g., Zoom, Canva, Miro, Notion).
