Currently, we have an opportunity for a Municipal Survey CAD Drafter who has experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

In Short

• Drafting of Land Titles legal survey plans including subdivision, condominiums, utility right-of-way, etc.
• Drafting of real property reports and topographic surveys
• Calculations of property boundaries, foundations, and grades
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Creation of clean and professional looking deliverables
• Ability to work with field crews and Project Leads
• Ability to liaise with clients, offering solutions and customer service
• Quality Control of field data and calculations
• Basic understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system
• Ability to work unsupervised from home using Connexa's virtual system

• Five years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying
