Exciting opportunity for a VP/CFO in a growth-heavy, PE-backed company looking for a leader with a strong financial background.

In Short

• Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, treasury, and accounting.
• Prepare and review financial and operational KPIs.
• Manage third-party lender covenant reporting.
• Prepare board materials for meetings.
• Interface with private equity deal teams.
• Drive strategic finance and FP&A initiatives.
• Act as a versatile leader across business functions.
• Work with procurement to optimize supply chain costs.
• Support franchisee customer experience.
• Develop critical financial tools for the CEO.

Requirements

• CPA preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in big-four or regional/national public accounting.
• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Franchising experience required.
• Strong financial reporting and audit support skills.
• FP&A knowledge preferred.
• Outstanding leadership and presentation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable personality.
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau preferred.
