Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

The financial accounting team serves an important function in ensuring global affiliates transact and their financial records are kept compliant with US GAAP. A successful candidate is self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and knowledgeable regarding accounting best practices under US GAAP.

• Maintain accounting records in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and enter journal entries into NetSuite.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Requirements

• US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
