AI Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a technical and creative AI Solutions Engineer to join our team at Copy.ai! In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for onboarding and training our clients, helping them discover and build new use cases, and actively working to grow their accounts.

In Short

• Partner closely with the sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers.
• Discover and develop new use cases for clients.
• Engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant or sales engineering role.
• 2+ years of AI consulting/solutions experience.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem solver.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
