Conveyancing Auditor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Conveyancing Auditor to work in our Conveyancer Support team, responsible for conducting thorough audits of conveyancing files to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

In Short

• Conduct audits of conveyancing Sale and Purchase files
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Provide feedback to conveyancers on audit findings
• Liaise with conveyancing teams for complex transactions
• Assist with post-work including replies to enquiries
• Ideal for an experienced conveyancer seeking a non-fee earning role

Requirements

• Qualified conveyancer or equivalent legal professional
• At least 3 years’ conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of property law
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
