Working Student (m/f/d) Design for Social Media Marketing - Remote

Overview

As a working student in the area of content and design, you will play a central role in transforming the stories of world-class executives and tech companies into visually appealing content.

In Short

• Create social media graphics (infographics, carousel posts, process visualizations, branding assets).
• Design LinkedIn carousels for thought leadership posts.
• Create short video snippets for LinkedIn (e.g., animated slides, subtitled video quotes, highlight clips from interviews).
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and content strategists to integrate creative storytelling elements.
• Optimize design templates in Figma for better reusability.
• Conduct independent research and develop new design concepts to make content unique and engaging.

Requirements

• You are studying graphic design, communication design, media design, or a related field.
• You have experience with Figma and possibly experience with design systems.
• You can present complex content visually in a clear and engaging way.
• You have a sense of storytelling and brand identity, knowing how to bring B2B content to life.
• Experience with LinkedIn content formats (carousels, infographics, videos, thumbnails) is desirable but not a must.
• Basic knowledge in video editing (e.g., with Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Riverside) for short video snippets.
• Creativity, a high awareness of quality, and an independent working style.
