FOIA Disclosure Product Manager - Remote

Overview

CGS is seeking a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in performing product management and product marketing tasks.

In Short

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.
• Assess competitor offerings for differentiation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain production timelines across departments.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents including business cases and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on product development.
• Manage and deliver Release Notes and client notifications.
• Schedule product deployment and manage feature requests.
• Provide exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Effective cross-functional team management.
• Experience delivering product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Master’s degree in product design or engineering (preferred).
• Previous software and web development experience (preferred).
• Experience as a product developer in a non-managerial role (preferred).
