Overview

This is a hybrid position that requires working in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while allowing remote work on Monday and Friday. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you’ll be the voice of ConsumerAffairs, reaching out to real customers to collect authentic reviews about their experiences.
