Product Management Intern - Remote

Overview

The Product Management Intern provides support for the Product Management team and is responsible for designing a product for users that helps them achieve their objective with an intuitive experience.

In Short

• Provides support to the Product teams, with a high attention to detail
• Actively participates in user research, design and discovery sessions
• Conducts financial analysis of product
• Assesses emerging technology trends and their impact on the market
• Supports product operations team to facilitate smooth process through Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Reviews product financials and generates reports
• Facilitates qualitative and quantitative analysis of product usage
• Works with engineering teams on delivery of products and services to market
• Develops storyboards and user stories

Requirements

• Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
• Knowledge of software development and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
• Currently pursuing a degree in related field
