Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis.
• Experience with CRM software in the mortgage industry.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial loans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of income calculations and servicing calculators.
• Ability to assess economic factors affecting loans.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in lending.
• Ability to convey findings and recommendations effectively.
