Overview

The purpose of a Broker Service Officer - Credit Analyst (BSO) is to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks to prepare, process and track loan applications. The role requires you to communicate with relative stakeholders, prepare documentation, keep systems and CRMs updated, and follow a loan application from pre-submission to post approval within required timeframes.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
  • 2+ years of experience in Australian mortgage broking.
  • Experience with CRM software in the mortgage industry.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools.
