IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The IT Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Information Technology Services, responsible for coordinating and driving delivery across the full enterprise IT project portfolio in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment.

• Coordinate and drive delivery across the IT project portfolio.
• Support executive communications and governance cadences.

• Act as a point of contact for project status updates.
• Own end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Establish project management practices and standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in behavioral health or multi-site healthcare organizations is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, HIPAA).
• Experience with remote teams is beneficial.
