Overview

Conductor is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support their Platform Engineering Team, focusing on managing and optimizing infrastructure solutions in both physical and cloud environments.

• Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers in data center environments.
• Configure and deploy applications on Linux/Unix systems.
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Optimize infrastructure for large distributed databases.
• Champion infrastructure best practices and modernization.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Educate teams on best practices for large data sets in ElasticSearch.
• Implement observability for distributed systems.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud-based solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or SysAdmin roles.
• Experience with ElasticSearch and physical infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CircleCI, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong communication skills in English.
