We are seeking strong candidates to represent our company in the position of Market Director.

In Short

  • Commission-only role in the luxury property market
  • Interact with high net worth individuals and luxury real estate professionals
  • Educate the regional market about the Company’s products and services
  • Develop a pipeline of auction properties
  • Obtain real estate license within first 90 days
  • Daily research on market real estate activity and trends
  • Self-generate leads for auction properties
  • Conduct office presentations and attend local networking events
  • Utilize technology tools to track leads and KPIs
  • Occasional overnight travel required

Requirements

  • Strong sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships in the real estate industry
  • Self-starter with a passion for the company vision
  • Confidence in achieving production goals
  • Expertise in the company’s product
