Mid-level Front End Engineer - Remote

ComparaJá.pt is a leading platform for aggregating and comparing financial products and services in Portugal. We are looking for a Mid-level Front End Engineer to help design and build engaging, responsive customer-facing applications.

In Short

• Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and data models for internal tools.
• Implement responsive web interfaces based on UX and design specifications.
• Build scalable solutions to support growing data volumes.
• Collaborate with the product team to implement integrated features.
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and cross-device performance.
• Identify and fix bugs or performance issues across the stack.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• 2+ years of front end development experience required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must.

Requirements

• Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development workflows.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing or analytics tools is a plus.
