Director of Product Management - Remote

Overview

CompanyCam is looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product vision and strategy. You will be responsible for partnering with our VP of Product to help our product management team transform to a product operating model focusing on the problems to be solved and the outcomes we’re looking to impact.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
• Coach product teams on continuous discovery practices.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
