Overview

The company is seeking a competent individual to fill the role of a receptionist temporarily during a maternity leave, with potential for growth within the organization.

In Short

  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage over 200 calls daily.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Organize and print company documents.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Assist team members as required.
  • Follow any ad hoc instructions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist or in a relevant role.
  • Positive attitude and outlook.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, especially switchboards.
  • Knowledge of office policies and telephone etiquette.
  • Experience with office management tools, particularly MS Outlook.
  • Strong administrative abilities.
  • Excellent health and communication skills.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Bilingual in at least two South African official languages.
