Advisor, Clinical Applications Training - Remote

Overview

The Advisor, Clinical Applications Training functions as a knowledgeable EHR consultant, trainer, educator, and evaluator responsible for supporting and training end users on clinical systems functionality and workflows.

In Short

• Participate in development of training plan for Care Management Platform
• Conduct end user training on new Care Management Platform
• Serve as resource for CMP super user group and workforce
• Assess training needs and opportunities for internal and/or external end users
• Develop training curricula and calendars
• Facilitate end user trainings with Subject Matter Experts
• Develop post training evaluation to ensure end user understanding
• Work with EHR Implementation Team to coordinate software updates
• Assist in analyzing new functionality in EHR releases
• Participate in training of new workflows and clinical transformation benefits

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Prior classroom training experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning styles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver training in various settings
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to travel and work at various locations
