Application Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Application Advisor is responsible for connecting with customers to collect data, verify documents, and ensure the completion of applications, all while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service and credit/loan processing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of customer information protection protocols.
• Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with typing skills of at least 50 words per minute.
