Comfrt is seeking a visionary Kids & Accessories Designer with a sharp trend eye and elevated design aesthetic to create comfortable and stylish products for children.

• Translate trend, fabric, and cultural insights into commercially successful designs for kids apparel and accessories.
• Concept and design across Kids Apparel and Accessories.
• Prioritize fit apparel design for children.
• Ensure designs adhere to children's product compliance and safety regulations.
• Own vendor communication for design-related matters.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product.
• Create tech packs with detailed specifications for production accuracy.
• Develop seasonal color palettes and apply them strategically.
• Create graphics and patterns that align with the brand's identity.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, specifically with experience in Kids Apparel and Accessories.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools.
• Deep knowledge in fabric and fit apparel design specific to children's wear.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards for children's products.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required.
