Network Planning & Provisioning Analyst (Remote - Nightshift)

Overview

The Network Planning & Provisioning Analyst is responsible for managing complex provisioning issues and implementing engineering requests for circuit orders to support network objectives.

In Short

• Work with Field Technicians and Engineering departments to manage work orders.
• Create Visio drawings and open TTS tickets for circuit locations.
• Coordinate efforts to resolve provisioning issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule Test and Turn Up service with Field Operations.
• Update network circuits in the Engineering database.
• Provide project status updates to management.
• Support escalated field operations nationwide.
• Work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
• Adhere to company operating principles and promote customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and holidays.
• Experience with network provisioning and engineering processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Visio and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance.
