Overview

Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Advertising to lead global ad monetization for its FAST & AVOD streaming business.

In Short

Own end-to-end global ad monetization for FAST & AVOD streaming.
Set multi-year go-to-market and pricing strategy.
Drive supply-path optimization and evaluate/refine SSP mix.
Own the CTV measurement roadmap and attribution partnerships.
Conduct inventory, capacity-utilization, and pacing analysis.
Establish dynamic pricing and auction mechanics.
Cultivate senior relationships with agencies and brands.
Partner with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to launch innovative ad products.
Direct Ad Ops on trafficking and brand safety.
Ensure compliance with privacy frameworks.

Requirements

12+ years in digital advertising; 5+ years in FAST/AVOD monetization.
Deep expertise in programmatic CTV auctions and ad-ops functions.
Experience managing direct & programmatic funnels.
Familiarity with leading ad-tech & data stacks.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
