Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Construction Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing construction teams whether supporting development work, supply chain management, project accounting, or for the direct execution of construction projects.

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on multiple projects.
• Lead a team of external construction project managers.
• Coordinate internal resources for supply chain management.
• Advocate for safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Establish entitlements for data center developments.
• Identify expedited permit opportunities and work with local jurisdictions.
• Work with design and construction teams to provide schedules.
• Build relationships to enhance Cologix's industry leadership.
• Assist in preparation of construction estimates and budgets.
• Monitor project site for cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction / construction management.
• 5+ years of experience with mission critical industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and financial management software.
