Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the UX and UI of our AI-powered platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design and refine features that enhance productivity and decision-making for sales professionals.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and handoff
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly experiences
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
• Understanding of front-end development principles, frameworks and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Tailwind) is a plus
