Continuous Improvement Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking to fill a Continuous Improvement Manager role that will be Remote within Georgia, Ohio or South Carolina. The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and embed a culture of operational excellence across our organization. In this role, you will drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes—all while delivering measurable cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement.
• Experience with Kaizen events and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
