In Short

• Be a force multiplier for Product & Design and Customer Experience leads.
• Manage scheduling, email, travel, and communications.
• Drive operational projects and events with excellence.
• Provide top tier support for calendar management.
• Build a deep understanding of leaders’ OKRs and priorities.
• Anticipate leaders' needs and drive administrative projects.
• Plan and execute operational projects and events.
• Partner with the EBP team for company-wide retreats.
• Demonstrate ability to drive business impact.
• Communicate effectively with details and big picture.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategic administrative support.
• Advanced skills in calendar, travel, and email management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in project/event management.
• Ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• High EQ with influence across experience levels.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Effective in remote settings and available for in-person events.

• Starting salary between $160,000 and $190,000.
