Coinbase is seeking a UX Researcher to enhance the developer experience by conducting usability research and providing insights to improve developer tools.

• Lead the UX Research function for the Developer Product Group.

Requirements

• 7+ years of user research experience.
• Experience in a lead role for large product areas.
• Research experience with developer products.
• Knowledge of research principles and UX research methods.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Experience with moderated and unmoderated testing.
• Collaborative attitude and a learner’s mindset.
• Interest in crypto or financial products.
