Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience in designing and maintaining production services.
• Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for open financial systems.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Interpersonal skills for working with engineers at all levels.
• Willingness to dive into understanding and improving any layer of the stack.
• On-call availability for issue resolution outside regular hours.
