Software Engineer, Frontend (International Exchange) - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking experienced frontend engineers to build the next generation of trading products and features, solving large-scale, complex problems to deliver secure, low-latency, high-frequency applications on cloud infrastructure.

In Short

• Work with Product, Engineering & Design leadership to craft engaging experiences for trading flows.
• Implement scalable, extensible, maintainable and high quality code for web and mobile.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our trading infrastructure is optimized.
• Drive adoption in international regions and deliver features that support liquidity.
• Enhance systems and deliver features for strategic decision-making.
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet customer needs.
• Stay humble and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with current trends in front-end architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL and React Relay is a plus.
• Knowledge of backend development with Golang and MongoDB is beneficial.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience with trading products in finance or crypto.
• At least 2+ years of experience in developing web or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with product and design life-cycles.
• Experience in collaborating closely with designers and product managers.
• Ability to write high-quality code focused on customer experience.
