Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Compliance TMS Quality Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting a review of end-to-end investigations for customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality resolutions.

• Conduct investigative review and analysis for BSA/AML compliance.
• Gather and analyze transaction activity and KYC information.
• Document investigations and maintain compliance documentation.
• Incorporate feedback from the Quality Assurance Team.

• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and other documentation tools.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in financial services, crypto, or compliance.
• Experience in quality review and control frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and interpret evidence from external tools.
• Experience in project management or analytics is a plus.
• Professional certification in AML or Fraud is a nice to have.
