Business Operations Senior Associate / Manager, Platform - Remote

Overview

In this role, you’ll serve as a Biz Ops partner for the Platform organization at Coinbase, acting as a key thought partner for leadership and aligning the organization’s roadmap to the company's product groups.

In Short

• Partner with the Platform team to allocate resources and improve processes.
• Identify growth-enabling opportunities with Product Group Leads.
• Serve as a thought leader on business and product opportunities.
• Act as connective tissue between the Platform organization and key business partners.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Engage in high-pressure problem-solving with a focus on scalability.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and effectiveness of the organization.
• Participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration.
• Drive alignment and track progress of the portfolio.
• Contribute to building the future global financial system through crypto and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or tech/financial services.
• Familiarity with technical and regulated areas (payments, infra).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems.
• Comfort in a high-growth, changing environment.
• Experience in regulated financial services is a plus.
• Technical background is a plus.
