Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager will partner with the finance team to oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, while also preparing financial statements and regulatory reports.

• Prepare and coordinate financial statements and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in finance, preferably in internet, ecommerce, or fintech.
• 5+ years in a regulated environment.
• Professional finance qualification (ACA, CMA, CPA, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of month-end book close process.
• Experience with accounting software (Quickbook, Xero, etc.).
