In Short

  • Join the Inside Sales Development team focused on virtual sales of data management and security solutions.
  • Execute virtual outbound prospecting using phone, email, and social channels.
  • Research and identify IT decision-makers in commercial accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Process inbound marketing qualified leads.
  • Hold discovery calls with prospects to qualify their needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and weekly training sessions.

Requirements

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely coachable with a desire to learn.
  • High degree of grit and resilience.
  • Unmatched work ethic and a team player.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Understanding of data protection, cloud storage, or cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
