• Demonstrated success with major bids across federal health agencies.
• Excellent writing and framing skills for technical content.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and technical leads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
