• Lead complex initiatives in managed services.
• Develop new deployments and automation scripts.
• Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code standards using Terraform and Ansible.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering practices.
• Evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Own patch management strategy for environments.
• Implement security best practices for IAM.
• Perform cloud and system administration tasks.
• Align engineering deliverables with quality standards.
• Identify risks and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in systems engineering/SRE.
• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 4+ years developing IaC with Terraform/Ansible.
• Experience leading operational improvements.
• Strong hands-on experience in cloud architectures.
• Deep understanding of IaC and automation practices.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting of incidents.
• Experience with security frameworks (FedRAMP, CIS, NIST).
• Proven collaboration and leadership skills.
• Skilled in technical documentation and communication.
