Join our team as a Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) where you will play a critical role in optimizing workforce planning and resource allocation across assigned delivery teams. You will proactively partner with leadership and project managers to align talent with business needs.

• Proactively communicate and engage daily with assigned delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships and work with delivery leadership in talent planning activities.
• Manage daily resource requests and validate requirements.
• Serve as a central point of contact for staffing decisions and conflicts.
• Run weekly resource meetings and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Generate regular reports on utilization and capacity.
• Assist with business resource training and document process improvements.
• Collaborate with fellow Resource Deployment Managers.
• Ability to be successful working remotely.
• Travel up to 10%.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Resource Deployment Manager.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience utilizing a PSA tool.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Highly collaborative working style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
