Overview

As a Certinia PSA Consultant, you pride yourself on your ability to understand and execute clients needs. You are passionate about working with clients on solutions that will help their company reach its maximum potential.

In Short

Lead the implementation and customization of Certinia PSA solutions.
Configure and optimize Opportunity & Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Invoicing and Billing.
Facilitate data migration using Data Loader or other ETL tools.
Develop and deploy Flows, Salesforce configurations, and customizations.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and user training.
Troubleshoot issues and improve PSA processes.
Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA setup and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration.
Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and migration tools.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA.
Knowledge of scripting or customization languages (e.g., Apex, SuiteScript).
SQL - data modeling & experience with BI reporting tools.
Implemented tools to help customers manage operations.
Minimum of 4-5 years experience with Enterprise projects.
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification preferred.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
