Overview

Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is seeking a VP of Marketing to help shape how the organization reaches and resonates with the world. This role will oversee the global go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth across B2B and B2C segments.

In Short

• Lead an integrated Sales & Marketing function.
• Build and own the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in B2B and B2C Enterprise marketing.
• 5+ years owning go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with ecosystem/platform brands.
• Strong demand generation and audience insights skills.
• Proven channel/partner marketing leadership.
• Background in professional development or online learning.
• Track record of launching and scaling programs.
• Data-driven operator comfortable with change.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence.
• Experience in mission-driven consumer and enterprise businesses.
