Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing revenue-generating customer journeys and email programs across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to upsell, cross-sell, retention, and win-back.

In Short

  • Develop and manage high-performing lifecycle strategies that drive revenue.
  • Build and optimize revenue-focused email and CRM programs.
  • Oversee database health and hygiene for effective segmentation.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science for campaign optimization.
  • Define KPIs tied to revenue and create reporting dashboards.
  • Implement A/B testing to increase campaign conversion rates.
  • Partner with Creative, Content, and Channel teams for aligned messaging.
  • Champion the adoption of Salesforce tools to scale campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for lifecycle monetization.
  • Maintain documentation of lifecycle programs and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Success in designing revenue-generating customer journeys.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Target.
  • Strong understanding of database management and segmentation.
  • Advanced analytical skills linking metrics to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel lifecycle monetization approaches is a plus.
