Overview

The Fire & Security Service Engineer at Clymac will be responsible for maintaining fire and security systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with current standards.

In Short

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
• Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Maintain stock levels with team leader support.
• Attend training sessions as required.
• Participate in Engineering team meetings.
• Identify personal training and development needs.

Requirements

• Experience with Fire and Security Systems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
