We’re looking for someone to reprogram how humans and intelligent systems grow together in the People Intelligence Lab, where People, AI, and Data collide to create innovative solutions.

• Design and prototype AI copilots, LLM-powered flows, and smart systems.
• Dive into People data and create engaging dashboards and tools.
• Build experimental tools for enhancing people operations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python or willing to learn.
• Experience with APIs, LLMs, or a desire to learn.
• Understanding of People & Culture to innovate from within.
• Ability to think in systems while appreciating human messiness.
• Proven track record as a builder with a portfolio.
• Curiosity and a willingness to challenge bureaucracy.
• Passionate about using AI to enhance human capabilities.
