• Hiring a Data Scientist focused on Large Language Models for the AI R&D team.
• Design, train, and optimize LLMs for product features and internal tools.
• Work on architecture, data preparation, multi-scale training, and evaluation.
• Not a prompt engineering or RAG-focused role.
• Collaborate with engineers, MLOps, and product teams.
• Train and fine-tune LLMs using multi-GPU and distributed setups.
• Analyze model performance and implement improvements.
• Write clean, production-ready code and collaborate via GitHub.
• Understand trade-offs in model architecture and performance.
• Online assessment and technical interview process.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLMs, transformer internals, and tokenization.
• Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and optimization.
• Proficient in Python and experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience training models beyond notebooks.
• Systems mindset regarding throughput, memory, latency, and accuracy.
• Good judgment in model architecture and debugging.
