Drop Ship Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Drop Ship Specialist I position includes the management/maintenance of orders and associated customer requests placed with Turn5 that are shipped to our customers by a 3rd party supplier.

In Short

• Review and resolve requests submitted to Turn5’s Customer Service team by our retail customers
• Review and respond to inbound vendor email communications in the form of tickets
• Handle inbound phone calls from vendors and make outbound phone calls to assist with specific tasks
• Create ticket requests for tasks and needed escalations based on provided information
• Add order level updates to our systems such as entering tracking numbers, updating expected shipment dates, canceling orders, etc.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and follow processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Active listener and good team collaborator
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• PC proficient
• Not required, but a plus: Automotive knowledge and/or interest
